This project presents a unique architectural response to a complex brief: the design of an individual villa house with an integrated commercial component, set within a challenging plot shape—irregular, angular and tapered. The goal is to create a functional, elegant, and context-sensitive built form that optimally utilizes every inch of land while clearly separating private (residential)  and public (commercial) functions.
